The San Jose Sharks earned their first lead of the series on Thursday night. That changed just 1:04 into the first period when Brent Burns scored to give the Sharks an early lead. All of this happened in the first five minutes of the game. But the goal scoring was not done there. After the Penguins really seemed to turn up the pre sure they had a push around the Sharks' net that saw them hit the post behind Jones on two shots (including one shot from Phil Ke sel that hit both posts) but were unable to get the lead.
